Workshop III: Unleash Color and Light with Pastels

Join us during the annual Paint Dover! Festival for this third of three in an artist led workshop series. Workshops will be held in the Biggs Museum on Friday of the festival, with varied start times. Participants will be provided materials, but can also bring their own for a unique approach.

Artist Program Description:
The award-winning artist will demonstrate the power of soft pastels to create exciting drawings and paintings. Through demonstrations of types of pastels, painting surfaces and techniques the workshop participant will take home a frameable personal impression of a recognizable scene. All materials will be provided.
