If you identify with having a disability but do not receive EBT assistance from the state of Delaware, you can purchase an Art-Reach card.

Military Discounts & Events

As a Blue Star Museum, The Biggs offers free admission to active-duty military personnel, including the National Guard and Reserves, and their families each year from Armed Forces Day to Labor Day.

To further honor our Dover Air Force Base National Guard heroes, The Biggs offers free special military memberships to active-duty personnel and their families that can be used year-round.

Museums for All

Museums for All is a national access program that encourages people of all backgrounds to visit museums regularly and build lifelong museum habits. Through Museums for All, those receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) can get reduced admission to more than 1,200 museums across the United States by presenting their SNAP EBT card. The Biggs provides reduced admission of $2.

Delaware Library Museum Pass

The Museum Pass Program is available to Delaware Library cardholders age 18 and older. All pass reservations are processed through the MuseumKey link on the library’s website under the services tab. This is free entry to art, culture, entertainment and more.
